Form 6 Decision Notice from the Certifier. (Council permission to pull the building down) Cost is approximately $600-800. This process takes about 7 days.

Remove Power Line

Takes a minimum of 20 working days to act (30 Calendar days). Be sure to use the words “Abolition of powerline for the purpose of Demolition” in your email to the power company.

Plumbing Cap Certificate 4

Seals the sewage for Council. Approximate cost $500-$600. We can recommend a Plumber if you don’t have your own. Please allow us 7 days prior to demolition date to book a Plumber.
